1. Nationwide Shipping (within Thailand)

Other areas in Thailand: 3–7 business days

Orders below 6,000 THB: 89 THB

Orders 6,000 THB or more: Free shipping

Heavy items (e.g. feed and supplements)

Up to 3 kg: 150 THB

3.1 - 5 kg: 180 THB

5.1 - 10 kg: 200 THB

10.1 – 15 kg: 250 THB

15.1 – 20 kg: 300 THB

* Additional shipping fee may be charged in remote and tourism economic area.

2. In-store Pickup

Free of charge

Please allow at least 4 hours to process your order.

We will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.

No pickup available on Mondays (store closed)

 

3. Same-day Delivery (Grab or Lineman)

Available in Bangkok area only

Delivery fee starts at 200 THB

International Shipping

Trot Around Shop provides worldwide shipping for our premium equestrian gear. All international orders are dispatched via EMS World (Thailand Post Express). Every shipment includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey at any time.

  • Please note that we cannot mark parcels as a "Gift" or undervalue items on customs declarations under any circumstances. We are required by international law to declare the accurate commercial value of all shipped items.
  • Trot Around Shop is not responsible for these charges and will not issue refunds or accept returns if a package is rejected by the customer due to an unwillingness to pay destination customs fees.
