Domestic Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or accept product returns. (Exchanges only.)

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via LINE@: trotaroundshop or email: trotaround@gmail.com, and provide your receipt within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

Exchanges are accepted if the item does not fit, is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any issues occur, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed.

Each item can be exchanged only once, and only for available sizes or colors in stock.

You may exchange items in-store or by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

International Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
  • For all international orders shipped outside of Thailand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances (including ordering the wrong size/color, buyer's remorse, or refusal to pay destination customs duties and taxes).
  • Please carefully review all product descriptions, specifications, and size charts before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your premium items arrive damaged or defective due to international transit, please follow these steps:
  1. Do not use the item. Keep the product, its tags, and all original packaging (including branded boxes) exactly as they arrived.
  2. Take clear photos or video evidence showing the damage to the item as well as the external shipping box.
  3. Contact us immediately at trotaround@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case to determine the appropriate assistance.
